These SMS Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") apply to the recurring text messaging program offered by Three Points Trading, Co., doing business as Crystal Dairy Distributing ("Three Points Trading," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

The program provides business customers and their authorized representatives with recurring automated messages related to normal order and delivery activity. Messages may include:

- weekly reminders to place an order;

- links to the business ordering or login portal;

- order-deadline reminders;

- options or instructions for skipping an upcoming delivery;

- confirmations related to an order or delivery skip; and

- occasional operational notices about holidays, schedule changes, closures, or other changes to normal business routines.

The program is not intended for emergency communications.

2. Enrollment and Consent

You may enroll through a method we make available, such as:

- giving affirmative verbal consent to an authorized Three Points Trading representative after the program disclosures are provided; or

- initiating enrollment by texting a designated opt-in keyword, such as START, to our messaging number.

By enrolling, you authorize Three Points Trading to send recurring automated text messages concerning the program described above to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The person enrolling represents that they are the subscriber or customary user of the number or are otherwise authorized to provide consent for it.

If a mobile number changes ownership or is no longer used by the enrolled person, please notify us promptly or reply STOP.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Participants should generally expect approximately four weekly reminder messages per month, plus occasional operational messages when holidays or other events change our normal business routine. Additional messages may be sent in response to your texts or actions, such as an opt-in, help, order, or skip request.

4. Charges and Carrier Terms

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Three Points Trading does not charge a separate fee to participate in the SMS program. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and availability depend on carrier networks and other factors outside our control.

5. Opting Out

You may cancel recurring SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a program message. Standard equivalent opt-out keywords may also be recognized. After an opt-out request, you should receive a confirmation and no further recurring program messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide valid consent to re-enroll.

A request to SKIP or otherwise cancel one delivery is an operational delivery instruction and does not opt the number out of the SMS program. To stop future text reminders, reply STOP.

An opt-out applies to the SMS program and does not cancel an order, invoice, delivery, or underlying business relationship. We may retain a suppression record so that we can honor the opt-out.

7. Ordering and Delivery Instructions

Text reminders are a convenience and do not replace applicable order deadlines, delivery schedules, customer-specific arrangements, or other agreements. A message or link may be delayed or fail to arrive. Business customers remain responsible for timely order and delivery instructions.

If we offer reply-based skip functionality, a skip is effective only after our system or personnel confirm the applicable delivery date. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us directly. Do not send sensitive payment, banking, password, or other confidential information by text message.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://threepointstrading.com/privacy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information associated with the SMS program.

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to operate the messaging program and disclose information as otherwise permitted or required by law.

9. Changes or Termination

We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or these SMS Terms. If a change materially affects the nature of messages covered by your consent, we will obtain additional consent when required. An updated version of these SMS Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

10. Additional Terms

The Website Terms of Use at https://threepointstrading.com/terms also apply when you use our website. Separate customer agreements, order terms, invoice terms, and applicable law may govern product orders and deliveries. If there is a conflict, the more specific applicable agreement controls the subject it addresses.
